((The Board of Hope))… An event to support children in Gaza and cancer patients in Jordan

Yesterday, the Hareer Initiative, under the patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Karma bint Abbas, held the “Painting of Hope” event, with the participation of 30 children from Gaza and children battling cancer.
The activity aimed to empower the children to express their feelings and release their pent-up emotions through art and drawing, recognizing the positive impact this has on their mental health and happiness.
Princess Karma’s presence provided significant moral support to the participating children and conveyed a clear message about the importance of attending to children’s mental health, especially those facing difficult humanitarian and health circumstances.
During the event, Her Royal Highness expressed her delight at participating, emphasizing her deep admiration for the Hareer Initiative and its humanitarian mission. She praised the importance of art therapy as an effective means for children to express their feelings and release their inner turmoil in a positive and safe way.
Her Royal Highness affirmed that such initiatives leave a profound impact on children, contributing to their mental well-being and instilling hope in their hearts, particularly given the difficult circumstances they are experiencing.
The event was made possible with the participation of Oranda Tribe and Sama Al-Tawasi, whose support and active involvement contributed significantly to its success, positively impacting the children’s experience and happiness.
