Hair Donation Criteria

To ensure the quality of the wig and the safety of the recipient, please observe the following criteria before donating hair:

• Length: the ponytail should be at least 20 cm after cutting (30 cm is ideal).
• Condition: natural, undyed and chemically untreated hair is preferred. Recently dyed or keratin-treated hair may not be usable.
• Cleanliness: hair must be clean and completely dry before cutting.
• How to cut: gather the hair into a tight ponytail or braid, then cut directly above the tie.
• Packaging: place the hair in a sealed plastic bag, then inside an envelope.
• Grey hair: accepted, and can be used for adult wigs.
